A physiotherapist will first assess your condition (Subjective and Objective testing), the problem will then be diagnosed and your physiotherapist will help you to understand what’s wrong.
A personal treatment plan will then be developed and your condition will be treated based on the assessment findings. This takes into account your lifestyle, leisure activities, and general health, and will include educational advice promoting self-management. If outside their scope of expertise, they can refer you to the most appropriate specialists in their network of experts.
No, you do not need a referral. Any person can actively seek physiotherapy intervention.
We are an out of network clinic (do not accept Insurance claims). There is an initial consultation fee, and subsequent follow up fees per treatment session. On request we are happy to produce a SuperBill for you to personally submit to your individual Insurance providers, however we do not guarantee that you will be reimbursed.

Every individual case is different depending on the nature/pathology and severity of your condition. Initially you may be asked to visit two times a week for treatment. Minor conditions/injuries may require only a few sessions, with more complex/chronic conditions requiring considerably more time.
